About me
Thank you for taking the time to visit. Your presence here speaks volumes. Mental health has long been unfairly stigmatized, a trend that's only been exacerbated by the rise of social media. Yet, nestled between the era of stigma and today's age of magnification lies a shortage of empathetic clinicians, healers, and helpers.
In my personal journey towards mental wellness, I found myself disillusioned by the sterile, textbook approaches
some therapists employed. Instead of being seen as a human grappling with pain, I became a diagnosis and a clinical case. My trauma was intricate and multifaceted, and the inability to connect on a fundamental human level only deepened my sense of isolation and despair. That deficit became my purpose. Helping others has been woven into my existence even as a child, I’ve always been a helper a healer.
I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences in 2013. I am currently about to complete my Master Degree in Metaphysical Sciences and will immediately begin my dissertation for my Ph. D. all to be completed by the end of 2024. I hold several certifications in alternative healing practices.
I am a mother of five children ranging from a young adult to a toddler. I have a deep passion for children and have been a child abuse awareness advocate with Child Help for almost a decade.
Before this journey I owned an operated a successful shop designing and handcrafting wooden toys using color psychology. I wanted to provide educational and open end play products for children that nurtured a calmness and allowed the flow of imagination without harsh overstimulating primary colors. Then something in my life changed me, or someone rather shifted my view of the world and of myself. The work I have put into healing myself from this abusive relationship and the stories from other I have heard on the way inspired me to use the events that nearly broke me to help others heal.
